Natural texture and style welcome; preferably warm hair tones like auburn/red/brunette; nothing too styled or overly glam. Approachable, natural, and hopeful, not model-beautiful. Should read as someone you'd pass on the street or see in a waiting room, not on a billboard. They should have character in their face and be able to express a range of emotion through their eyes and smile.
